Archer featured in upcoming historic DVD/CD project
Steve Archer is featured in an upcoming, spectacular, one of a kind audio visual treat, that longtime fans of Classic Contemporary Christian Music will not want to miss!! In addition to Steve, this first time DVD/CD concert - recorded in San Antonio, TX - will feature classic selections from heritage artists Chuck Girard, Janny Grein, David Meece, Don Francisco, Dallas Holm, Dony McGuire, Reba Rambo and Barry McGuire, and is scheduled for release the last quarter of this year.
Another highlight of this package, is the second half of the concert which brings all of the artists involved together onstage - singing together on one classic song from each others’ repertoire. Steve’s kicks off the evening with full band renditions of “Stand Up!” and “Through His Eyes of Love” and then joins vocal forces with the other artists on the Archers classic from 1973 called “Jesus Is the Answer” later on in the concert.
The DVD will also feature behind the scenes footage from rehearsals, interviews with each of the artists, and some other special features that will be sure to push the sentimental buttons of those viewers who grew up with these artists and their music.
